Brian Chapman
FOUNDER
Originally an artist, Brian’s journey began as a designer for Gotcha Sportswear then segued into a CAD specialist for AFS Fire 25 years ago, ensuring clash-free projects in a pre-BIM era. He then progressed to programming CAD applications and, later, creating 3D models for prominent multi-family developers and engineering firms, including KB Homes, Essex Property Trust, IAC, Carmel Partners and Monarch Group. Brian expanded his expertise by serving as a project engineer, and then as a project manager, on various multi-family projects. Studying computer science, design & business management at FIDM and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, underscores Brian’s diversity. This diverse background, combining hands-on experience and technical expertise, uniquely positions Brian to offer unparalleled understanding and invaluable insight into BIM application and coordination.
