OWNER & VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST
Originally an artist, Brian’s journey began as a designer for Gotcha Sportswear then segued into a 2D CAD Drafting specialist for AFS Fire almost 30 years ago, ensuring clash-free projects in a pre-BIM era. He then progressed to programming CAD applications and, later, creating 3D models for prominent architects, designers, and multi-family developers, including KB Homes, Essex Property Trust, IAC, Carmel Partners and Monarch Group. Brian expanded his expertise by serving as a project engineer, project manager, and 2D/3D specialist on various multi-family projects. This diverse background, combining hands-on experience and technical expertise, uniquely positions Brian to offer unparalleled understanding and invaluable insight into 2D and 3D architectural design, as well as BIM application and coordination.
